3. Subscriptions
Some content and features within LearnWell may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans may include Free, Basic, and Premium access.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew depending on the platform’s system.
• Payments are processed through the respective provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Payment will be charged to the account associated with your app store profile.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The app includes a Restore Purchases feature for previously purchased subscriptions.
4. Content Ownership
All content (stories, materials, illustrations, design, text, branding) is owned by LearnWell or licensed to LearnWell and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
5. Children and Parental Supervision
Some content is intended for children. However, the application is designed to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising use and determining appropriateness.
